This explains how MTG Access Ltd uses the information you give us when you get in touch or ask for a quote.

What we collect

Your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you need and any details you include in your enquiry.

Why we use it

To reply, prepare a quote, arrange or deliver the service you request, and keep necessary business records. We use it to take steps at your request before a contract, fulfil a contract, meet legal duties or respond to genuine business enquiries.

Who sees it

MTG Access and trusted providers supporting our email, website or administration where needed. Website enquiries are processed by FormSubmit, which may retain submissions for up to 30 days for delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Anonymous website statistics

We count page views, general referral source, country, device type and interactions with our quote, phone and email links. We do not store names, contact details, full IP addresses or advertising cookies for website statistics. Anonymous records are deleted after 12 months.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, provide the service and meet accounting or other legal record-keeping requirements. It is then deleted securely.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or restrict or object to how it is used. These rights can depend on the circumstances. If you are still concerned, you can contact the ICO.
